A commercial office building required replacement of worn and non-compliant safety flooring across multiple corridors and common areas — with strict requirements for slip resistance, fire ratings, and minimal disruption to daily operations.
Our Solution
We designed a phased floor replacement programme, completing areas section-by-section to keep egress routes and work areas accessible. Old flooring was removed, subfloors were prepared and levelled, and new heavy-duty safety flooring was installed with proper edge trims and anti-slip properties throughout.
